SPORTS MASSAGE (55-85)
An experience recommended for those really tense, knotted and painful areas, using a variety of muscle release techniques, the therapist will work within your pleasure and pain threshold to release and relax chronic tension.
ENERGIZING ABHYANGA (55 minutes)
A synchronized whole body massage performed by two therapists using our exclusive dosha specific oil blends. The massage is followed by a steam bath and a hot shower. The treatment improves physical consistency, helps to remove toxins and induces relaxation whilst normalize blood pressure and eliminating impurities.
STRESS BUSTING REFLEXOLOGY (55 minutes)
Reflexology can be used to help restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium. This gentle therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

All rituals are inclusive of full use of the hydrotherapy area before or after your experiences. Spa white robes for your comfort and use will be provided at the spa.
SPIRITUAL JOURNEY (140 minutes)
This balancing and soothing ritual is designed to purify and promote tranquility and wellbeing. Your Journey Includes: Calming Aromatherapy Massage (85 mins) Shirodhara (55 mins) | Honey and rose facial (55 mins). The ritual concludes with the Ista Herbal Infusion that will leave you uplifted and refreshed.
THE INVIGORATOR (125 minutes)
This ritual is designed to re-balance and invigorate. It will leave you feeling vital and alive. Your Journey Includes: Invigorating Salt Scrub (45 mins) | Swedish Massage (55 mins) | Invigorating Facial (25 mins). The ritual concludes with an Ista Herbal Infusion to leave you feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
DEEP CLEANSING RITUAL (200 minutes)
Designed to deep cleanse, revitalize and tone the body as well as soothe the senses this ritual will leave you feeling balanced and energized. Your Journey Includes: Detoxifying Salt Scrub (45 mins) | Ista Herbal Infusion | Aromatherapy Massage (85 mins) | Exotic Fruit Platter | Mountain Dew Skin Freshener Facial (70 mins).
