YOGA (60 minutes) INR 1700

Personalised Yoga session consists of Hatha Yoga Postures with specific patterns of breathing. The exercises involved help unblock areas of tension and tightness in the body and to release trapped energy. A personalised Yoga session also aims to deepen sensitivity and awareness of the body with improved metabolism, concentration and self - analysis.  
PRANAYAMA (30 minutes) INR 900

Personalised Pranayama focuses on traditional Hatha Yogic breathing techniques. These techniques enhance the level of vitality, relaxation and harmony at the physical, mental and emotional levels.  

MEDITATION (60 minutes) INR 1700

Private meditation sessions include guided meditation and relaxation technique which equip one with the ability to relax and rejuvenate. Techniques selected for the session assist at those levels of body, mind and spirit which awaken the healing potential from deep inside.

ANTAR MOUNA (analytical meditation - a process of silencing the mind) (45 minutes) INR 900

Antar Mouna literally means Inner Silence. It is a systematic technique to develop the understanding of the processes of the mind and its control. This understanding leads to deeper insight into the areas of mental tension and emotional turbulence. This particular meditation technique is the first step towards inner (Self) understanding.  

YOGA NIDRA (a deep systematic relaxation technique) (45 minutes) INR 1300

Yoga Nidra means Psychic sleep. It is a state of conscious sleep where one is on the borderline between wakefulness and slumber.  A technique of guided relaxation to relax the agitation of the conscious mind and awaken the awareness and immense healing potential of the subconscious mind. During the practice of Yoga Nidra one is on the threshold of the subconscious plane from where one can release the hidden tensions of the mind and emotions.
