One of the USPs of this brunch is an exclusive sushi bar which serves handcrafted sushi and dim sums made by the in-house Japanese Chefs, Jerry. One of the hottest selling items in the brunch is Chef Jerry’s dim sums and live stir fry with the concept of choose your ingredients and chefs will finish with their magical wok according to your taste. The other attractions of the spread are Individual Salad of 50 varieties & Cold meat Station, Cheese & Pickle Station, wide variety of Western breads, Carving Station, Pizza Station, Teppanyaki Station, Indian Buffet and International Buffet.  There are also five live cooking theatres namely All American Barbeque, Omelets, Dosa, Seafood, Pasta and Kebab station.
