Its speciality Chinese section will focus on authentic Szechuan cuisine - famed for bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness of its distinctive peppers, the delicate Cantonese style of combining the variety of dim sum dishes with the drinking of tea and authentic Hunan cuisine, well known for its fresh aroma and deep color.

A tea bar at the entrance of the restaurant offers a wide selection of the finest teas of the world including signature single estate teas.
